3LinesProject is the result of the merger between Motiv Advertising Agency and PRINTER.BG,
two companies well-established in their respective fields of expertise. The idea behind the merger
is to combine our strengths and provide our clients with the highest quality design, advertising,
and printing services under one roof. Motiv Advertising Agency was established in 1998 and specializes
in web design and development, concept and graphic design, outdoor advertising, interior design, and corporate identity.
PRINTER.BG was founded in 1998 as well, and offers a full range of printing services from small print runs to very large
scale print jobs – wide format digital printing, offset printing, vehicle wraps, textile printing for interior and
point-of-sale advertising, and many more. We can provide significant advantages for our clients through the synergy between
the two companies in terms of highly qualified, experienced staff and the production facilities at our disposal.
We can deliver uncompromised quality and reliability – a bold statement indeed, but one backed by years of experience.
The fact that we operate out of Bulgaria gives us a significant advantage in a number of ways – the country is part of
the European Union with all the benefits of free trade, close integration of transport and telecommunications infrastructure,
and common legal framework, while at the same time enjoying a tax and labor cost advantage relative to other EU countries
that we can pass onto our clients.
Bulgaria joined the European Union in 2007. Since then, the country's economy has enjoyed a steady annual growth for all
but a single year (2009). The country has a sturdy telecommunications infrastructure, boasting an average internet download
speed of 30.9 megabits per second, well above the EU average. The flat income tax rate of only 10% and lower average wage
provide a labor cost advantage over most other European countries. Bulgaria offers a considerable pool of highly skilled
professionals, as attested by the increased number of major corporations such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, SAP, and others,
operating in the country. As a member of the European Union, the country is bound by the existing EU legal framework, which
takes precedence over national laws.
